Accounting assistant  (M/W)

After more than 35 years of existence, Hospilux S.A. is today the leader of specialized companies and distance selling companies in the field of medical needs and medical technology in Luxembourg, both in the private and public health sector.

Within the framework of the development of its activities, Hospilux offers for immediate entry a position of Accounting Assistant on a full-time permanent contract (a part-time contract is possible for this position).

Your missions :

• Follow-up and control of supplier payments,
• Follow-up and control of customer payments,
• Follow-up on late invoices and initiate collection actions if necessary,
• Take the necessary measures to ensure that the accounting remains transparent and correct in terms of financial control,
• VAT declarations,
• Recording of expense reports.

Your profile:

• Bac+2 in accounting,
• Good knowledge of Excel and Bob50,
• Autonomy in the work,
• Dynamism, flexibility and versatility,
• Good language skills in French and German,
• A good understanding of Luxembourgish,
• English will be considered an asset.
