Opening times
Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can place your orders at any time. Our team is also available to answer your questions by telephone on +352 35 02 20-40 or by e-mail at: boutique@hospilux.lu during our normal opening hours. Our boutique is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30 and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00.

Is an item in stock?
Online on our webshop, availability of each product is displayed in real time. If a product is available, it’ll be displayed on the product page and in your basket. If it’s not in our stock, you can get in touch with us to know it will become available again.
Cancelling an order
2 possibilities:
- Your order has not yet been dispatched: you may cancel your order and to do so please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email with the details of your order.
- Your order has already been shipped: you can still return it according to our returns and exchange policy
