"Logistics Assistant (M/F)“

on a permanent, full-time contract for immediate start.

Your tasks:

• Entering customer orders
• Follow up customer orders in the event of partial deliveries
• Agreeing delivery dates for customers
• Transfer goods between stocks in the ERP system
• Communication with customers
• Communication with the transport company

Your profile:

• Diploma of Professional Aptitude in Administrative and Commercial Training (DAP) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' professional experience.
• Knowledge of LU, FR, DE (EN would be an advantage).
• Experience of managing a product database in an ERP/webshop would be an advantage.
• Dynamic, flexible and versatile,
• Team spirit,
• Kindness towards customers and a strong sense of service.
